The endpoint sanitizes the input and strips protocols to target the raw A/AAAA record or IP.

Performs a non-blocking socket connection attempt on Port 80 to measure raw connectivity.

Results are color-coded: Green (<300ms), Yellow (<1000ms), and Red for Offline/High Latency.

Badge status is cached for 10 minutes (600s) per host to prevent DDoS and ensure high-speed delivery.
